Salon select reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website.  

Salon Select reserve the right to exclude products from VAT Free at any time.


Trade Customers

Salon Select reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status before we can activate your trade account. To purchase any item at trade price, either in-store or online, you will need a Trade Account, which you can apply for in store or by filling out our trade form on our website. We will also require proof of professional status if you are purchasing any products with chemicals. To provide you with a Trade Account, we will require one of the following:

- Proof of trade status e.g. certificate of qualification

- Salon business card

- Student enrollment letter, stating dates of course

By registering a trade account with us you are confirming that you are qualified to use the products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products.

By purchasing any item from the website you are declaring that you are aware of how the products are to be used, thus we claim no responsibility if any product is misused due to negligence.

Payment is due in full at time of placing an order, unless a credit account is held



We aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service to all our customers throughout the UK and Ireland. Our intention is for our customers to receive their order within 24 to 48 hours, excluding large furniture which could take between 4 to 6 weeks. 

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day (excluding VAT FREE and other sale days). Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday weekends, which will be dispatched the following Tuesday). Please note due to high demand during VAT FREE sale days or other busy sale days (e.g. Black Friday) orders may be delayed. If you have any queries about your order please phone us on 028 71884775.

If any problems occur with shipping your order then we will email you to let you know.. We will refund you for any out of stock items.


Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK, excluding Rural Scotland.

Carriage for any  items is to be paid for by The Buyer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.  It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.  

Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, once the goods are received back we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired, if this is not the case then a replacement will be issued.  If we are unable to either repair or replace the item(s) then a full or partial refund may be issued.  This  process can take between 10-14 days, there are exceptions to this policy due to hygiene reasons.

Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase, if we have made the decision to replace a product that is still under warranty then this does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement. 

Due to strict hygiene regulations Salon Select ltd cannot accept the return of scissors, clippers, razors, hair extensions that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition.


VAT Free

VAT free promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. We reserve the right to exclude any brand from promotion without prior notice.
Discount is applied on qualifying items in the VAT free promotion, which is equal to VAT free. To comply with applicable law we must still charge and show VAT.


Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on the website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.


The images of Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colour's accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
